New Jersey for Bangladesh women's cricket team
Dhaka: Bangladesh national women's cricket team got the new jerseys ahead of Twenty20 International World Cup India 2016, containing the logo of the sponsor CUTE.
Mousumi Industries Limited chief operating officer Kazi Newwaz Ibne Mahatab formally handed over the jersey to national woman's team T20 skipper Salma Khatun through a press conference held at the conference room of the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chief executive officer Nizamuddin Chowdhury, BCB Media and Communications chairman Mohammed Jalal Yunus, BCB woman's wing chairman M A Awal Chowdhury, Kazi Rajib Uddin Ahmed Chapol, Chairman of Mousumi Industries Limited, among others were present on the occasion.
BCB CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury said, ‘We always want to do better in our games and eventually become one of the strongest teams in the Cricket world, thanks to CUTE to become the partner of this footing.’
Kazi Rajib Uddin Ahmed Chapol, chairman of Mousumi Industries Limited said, ‘This occasion is a historic day for us, a day to celebrate our partnership with Bangladesh Women Team through this lively new jersey. They will represent the country wearing this energetic new jersey at the international level. We wish Bangladesh national women Team a continued success and another exciting season of cricket for Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).’
