Dhaka: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Wednesday announced the rates of different categories of tickets for the Micromax Asia Cup T20 Bangladesh’ 2016 beginning on February 19 at Khan Saheb Osmani Stadium in Fatullah.

The first four matches of Asia Cup T20 Qualifiers, to be participated by Afghanistan, the UAE, Hong Kong and Oman, will be held at Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah from Feb 19-21 while another two matches of the qualifying round will be held on February 22 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.

Afghanistan will play the UAE in the qualifying round opener on February 19 in Fatullah at 3pm while hosts Bangladesh will face their giant rival neighbor India in the main event’s opener on February 24 at 7:30 pm in Mirpur.

Three branches of United Commercial Bank (UCB) - Narayanganj, Kachpur and Chashara—will sell tickets for the first four qualifying round matches billed for Fatullah on cash payment basis.

Four braches of UCB—Sonargaon Jonopod, Bijoynagar, Progoti Soroni, Bashundhara and Nayabazar—will sell ticket for the main event scheduled for February 24- March 6 and as well as for the qualifying round matches on February 22 through UCash while only Mirpur branch will sell ticket on cash payment basis before each match day.  Ticket price for the qualifying round matches in Fatullah are: Grand Stand: Tk 100, International Gallery (West): Tk 20, Club House (East/West): Tk 20, North/South Stand Tk 20, Eastern Stand Tk 20. Qualifying leg match in Mirpur on Feb. 22: VIP: Tk 100 and Gallery Tk 20.

Rates of tickets for the main event from February 24 to March 6 at SBNCS are: Grand Stand: Tk 3,000, VIP Stand Tk 1,000, Shaheed Mustaque/Jewel Stand: Tk 500, North/South Stand: Tk 250.00 and Eastern Stand: Tk 150.
