Dhaka: Defending champions Sri Lanka and formidable Indian teams will arrive in the capital on Sunday to participate in the five-team final round of the Asia Cup T20’ 2016 beginning on 24 February (Wednesday) at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) in Mirpur.

Hosts Bangladesh will play India in the opening match at 3:30pm on February 24 at SBNCS.

Sri Lanka will be the first foreign team to reach at Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport in Dhaka at 1:40pm on Sunday while India expected to arrive at 8:40pm on the day, reports UNB.

Another participant of the tournament Pakistan is due to arrive here on 24 February as they are now busy with Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Four Associate member countries of Asia–Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hong Kong and Oman–have already arrived and playing with each other in the first-ever qualifying round for a single spot in the five-team final round with Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and hosts Bangladesh.
