New Delhi, India: Jason Roy top-scored with 78 as England defeated New Zealand by seven wickets in the first semi-final of cricket's World Twenty20 in New Delhi on Wednesday.

Eoin Morgan's side will play either hosts India or the West Indies in Sunday's final in Kolkata.
