Dhaka: Bangladeshi world famed all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and bowling sensation Mustafizur Rahman left Dhaka for India on Tuesday to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) beginning on Saturday, reports UNB.

Cutter Master Mustafiz is expected to make his IPL debut for Sunrisers Hyderabad against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Tuesday (12 April) at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

World number one all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will play for his side Kolkata Knight Riders.

Shakib is expected to play for his side in the opening match against Delhi Daredevils on Sunday (10 April) at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Before the departure, both the players expressed their optimism to do their best in the most lucrative T20 tournament in the world.

There is a good chance for the duo to face each other when the Knight Riders take on the Sunrisers Hyderabad on 16 April and cricket fans egerly waiting to see how Shakib negotiates with Mustafizur’s cutters.
