Afghanistan win toss, ask Bangladesh to bat first
Dhaka: Afghanistan skipper Asghar Stanikzai won the toss and asked Bangladesh to bat first in the second One-Day International (ODI) begins on Wednesday in Dhaka.
Uncapped Mosaddek Hossain has made it into the playing eleven as he is replacing Bangladesh player Imrul Kayes.
Bangladesh are waiting to celebrate their 100th ODI win as well as the series win as they are ready to take on Afghanistan in the second ODI on Wednesday. Much hype has been seen among the Tigers fans to know what would the playing eleven for the match.
The match is scheduled to begin on local time 2:30pm at the same venue, Shere Bangla Stadium, Mirpur Dhaka.
Bangladesh are flying high after winning the first one of the three-match series, and it is likely that the winning combination will be retained.
According to a reliable source from Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), if there is any change to be made, which is highly unlikely though, it would be uncapped Mosaddek Hossain Soikot replacing the struggling opener Soumya Sarker.
