23-member U-19 squad announce for Asia Cup

Dhaka: The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has picked up 23 players for the camp which is part of the preparation for the forthcoming Under 19 Asia Cup to be held in December in Sri Lanka.  

The Bangladesh U-19 skill camp will begin on Wednesday (Oct 19) at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP).  

The selected cricketers have been asked to report to Under 19 head coach Abdul Karim Jewel on Tuesday (Oct. 18) at the BKSP at 3 pm.  

Squad: Batsmen (Opening): Mohammed Saif Hasan, Shajibul Islam, Md Jalal Uddin Rumee, Pinak Ghosh Batsmen (middle Order): Afif Hossain Dhurbo, Aminul Islam Biplob, Najmul Alom, Rayan Rafsan Rahman, Habibur Rahman Maruf, Md Rakib Wicketkeepers: Mahidul Islam Ankon. Md Akbar Ali  

Spinners: Nayeem Hasan, Shakhwat Hossain Simon, Siddikur Rahman Shawon, Shahadat Hossain Ridoy Pace bowlers: Qazi Onik Islam, Yasin Arfat Mishu, Md.Rony , Golam Rabbi Fahim, Monirul Islam Mughdho, Mohammad Abdul Halim and Hasan Mahmud.
