Madrid: Barcelona's star front three of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar reached 100 goals in all competitions for the season after all three were on target for the Catalans in the first-half against Getafe on Tuesday.

Messi put his recent yips from the penalty spot behind him as he opened the scoring by chipping the ball straight down the middle of the goal in the style made famous by Czech legend Antonin Panenka in the 1976 European Championships.

That was the Argentine's 48th goal in all competitions and he soon teed up Suarez to register his 20th with a sumptuous volley from a teasing cross.

Neymar then slotted home his 32nd goal of the campaign to bring up the century and match the mark set by Messi, Thierry Henry and Samuel Eto'o in winning the treble in 2008-09.

Xavi Hernandez added a stunning fourth on the half hour mark as Barca look to move five points clear of Real Madrid at the top of La Liga.
