Rain washes out Barisal-Chittagong match in BPL

Dhaka: The 3rd match of the 4th Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 Cricket beating Chittagong Vikings and Barisal Bulls was also abandoned without a single being bowled at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Saturday.

The match was called-off, the 3rd consecutive matches in a row, this afternoon following trend of rain is likely to continue for the rest of the day too. Weather forecast isn't also favorable for playing cricket and the stadium hardly see any crowd. 

In the weather permit, the day’s next game between Comilla Victorians and Dhaka Dynamites will in action. The opening day’s schedule two matches were also washout with out a single ball bowled at the same venue on Friday. 

On the opening day (Friday), the rain forced to suspend the both matches without a ball being bowled where Rangpur Riders shared points with Khulna Titans in the 2nd match, following the tournament opener between Rajshahi Kings and defending champion Comilla Victorians, also washed out.
