India opener Murali Vijay got to his ninth century after steering one to deep point for three runs on the first day of the one-off Test against Bangladesh in Hyderabad on Thursday.

‘Vijay fell for 108 as India continued to march on towards a big total in their first innings, against Bangladesh in the one-off Test at Hyderabad. India captain Virat Kohli continued with his red-hot form as he stroked his way to his 15th Test half-century, which is his first against Bangladesh in Test cricket’, reports cricketcountry.com.

Pujara added 178 for the second wicket with Vijay before being dismissed for 83 in what was Bangladesh’s lone success in the second session which yielded 120 runs.
