Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago: West Indies captain Jason Holder won the toss and put India in to bat in the second rain-affected fixture of the five-match One-Day International series at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad on Sunday.

After a delay of two hours due to steady morning showers, the match has been reduced to 45 overs per side.

Both teams retained the same 11 players selected for the first match at the same venue two days earlier.

That encounter was declared a no result as heavy mid-afternoon showers limited the game to just 39.2 overs with India reaching 199 for three batting first.

Teams: West Indies – Jason Holder (capt), Evin Lewis, Kieran Powell, Shai Hope, Jason Mohammed, Roston Chase, Jonathan Carter, Ashley Nurse, Devendra Bishoo, Alzarri Joseph, Miguel Cummins.

India – Virat Kohli (capt), Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan, Yuvraj Singh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Ravichandran Ashwin, Kuldeep Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav.

Umpires: Nigel Duguid (GUY), Chris Gaffaney (NZL)

Match Referee: David Boon (AUS)
