Bangladeshi killed in Malaysia road crash

Dhaka: A Bangladeshi expatriate among two people, were killed as a lorry laden with frozen processed chicken overturned at KM36 of Jalan Bahau-Kemayan near Jempol in Seremban town of Malaysia early on Sunday.
Jempol OCPD Supt Noorzainy Mohd Noor identified the dead men as lorry driver, Tanvir Ahammed Siddique, in his late forties, a Bangladeshi citizen, and his assistant, Ismail Fadlizah.
Supt Noorzainy said the accident took place at about 5:30am (Malaysia local time) when the lorry veered off at a sharp bend and overturned on the road shoulder, trapping Tanvir and Ismail in the crushed driver’s cabin.
‘Tanvir and Ismail died on the spot,’ he said.
The bodies of Tanvir and Ismail were also sent to the Jempol Hospital, he said.
