A woman thrashed circle officer (CO) of Gaighat block in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur in India for alleged sexually harassing and taking bribe from her.

The woman accused the circle officer Nishikant and his fellow employees for negligence in work, taking bribe and sexual abuse, reports the ANI.

She alleged that the CO, besides assuring to do the land mutation work, also promised her a government job in his office. As she pursued with him for a job, she alleged that the CO exploited her sexually, reports the Hindustan Times.

After all these years, the woman ran out of patience on Wednesday. She walked into the CO’s office, held the officer by the scruff of her neck and thrashed him. As he stepped out of his office, the woman followed him, continuing with her assault and vituperative against him.

In the video, a woman can be seen beating the Circle Officer of Gaighat block with a slipper, while onlookers stood watching the incident, reports dnaindia.com.

After getting the information, police rushed to the spot to control the situation.
