Vote count begins in Delhi

Counting of votes in the assembly elections to Delhi began at local time 8:00a.m on Tuesday.
A total of 673 candidates are in the fray for 70 assembly seats.
Security has been beefed up at all counting centres. No vehicle or free movement of pedestrians are allowed on roads leading to counting centre, reports The Hindu.
Over 1.33 crore voters exercised their franchise at around 12,000 polling stations from 8:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday.
