Chefs have top culinary techniques to elevate their food. But not everyone has the ability to dip bare hands in the boiling oil.
Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada fries up some Tempura Lobster while he shows you how to also stick your fingers in the deep fryer without getting burned. The only trick here is to add some batter onto your fingers and hand so it protects your fingers from the 350 degree boiling hot oil.

Dipping his hands into a vat of boiling fat to pluck out fried fish, this street chef is taking his profession to the extreme. Prem Singh, 65, has become famed in the back streets of Old Delhi for his unique ability. He regularly plucks fried fish from the vat - which is heated up to 200 degree celsius - using his bare hands. But incredibly, the veteran fryer says he has never suffered any burns, blisters or ill effects.
