A British teenager who claims to be selling her virginity online says she expects to fetch more than £1million for her services.

Nineteen-year-old Amy, from London, has signed up to Cinderella Escorts in a bid to ‘change her life for the better’ and help her family.

The ‘verified virgin’, who does not wish to reveal her surname, says she plans to pay for her university fees and travel the world with her earnings, and has thought ‘long and hard’ about her decision, reports the Daily Mail.

Amy claims she has already been on three dates with potential suitors - a Wall Street banker, a German businessman and a football player - which she described as ‘extremely cool’.

The site claims that Amy’s virginity has been ‘checked’ by a doctor and Cinderella Escorts has a medical certificate as ‘proof’. 

However, health authorities agree this can be difficult to verify - if not impossible - as the hymen can be torn or damaged without having intercourse.

Amy also claims she was assessed by a psychiatrist prior to appearing on the site, and carried out thorough research into the bidding process.  

The current bid for Amy’s virginity stands at €1,200,000 (£1,066,302), but can change daily and is expected to reach as much as €2million (£1,777,300).

Amy said: ‘I want to sell my virginity through Cinderella Escorts because I have thought so long and hard about this.  

‘It is a real chance to change my life for better, a chance to help my family and to give them something back. To help them as much as they have helped me. 

‘I would love to travel the world, and to be able too support my education. I realise that I have an amazing opportunity by selling my virginity.’ 

The agency requires a 10 per cent deposit from the winning bidder to ensure it is a ‘serious offer’. 

They must then travel to Germany - where selling sex is legal - and book a hotel for their night with Amy. 

Buyers are invited to consult with a doctor in Germany, or bring a medic of their choice, in order to ‘make sure that Amy is a true virgin’. 

At 5ft 8in and weighing 8 stone 9 lbs, Amy describes herself as a sushi lover who enjoys shopping, drinking champagne and travelling the world. 

Defending her decision to auction off her virginity, Amy added: ‘It’s my body and I feel I should be able to do what I want with it’.

Amy is just the latest teen to put her virginity up for auction in a worrying new trend that sees young women from around Europe selling their innocence to rich, often older men.
