NTV family prays for Mosaddak Ali’s fast recovery
Dhaka: NTV family on Sunday offered a special prayer session for the quick recovery of its chairman and managing director Alhaj Mosaddak Ali, who is currently undergoing treatment at Bangkok hospital for pneumonia.
Mosaddak Ali, who is also the president of Association of Television Channel Owners (ATCO), was admitted into a Malaysia hospital on the 13th of July with pneumonia, but later he was shifted to Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand’s capital city for better treatment. Mosaddak Ali’s doctors said he is now out of risk and doing fine.
Held after the Asar prayer, there were also Quran recitations before the main prayer session which was conducted by Hafez Maulana Mohammad Al-Amin, assistant headmaster of Abdus Sobhan Islamia Madrasa.
The session was attended by NTV deputy managing director Mohammad Yunus, directors Aklima Bilkis and Ashfaq Uddin Ahmed, and the heads of all the departments among others.
Gathered to pray for the quick recovery of their chairman, all the members of NTV family also expressed best wishes for his family.
