Dhaka: Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk) has started removing commercial establishments from Dhanmondi residential area in Dhaka.

A mobile court of Rajuk led by executive magistrate Mohammad Nasir Uddin started a drive at about 10:45am on Tuesday where it evicted several commercial buildings in the residential area, said the Rajuk officials.

The drive will continue till about 4:00pm, said the Rajuk official.
