The government is waiting for the decision of the Indian authorities on BNP joint secretary general Salahuddin Ahmed’s issue, said state minister for home Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal on Tuesday.

The minister said Bangladesh government will decide on Salahuddin Ahmed after observing what decision India makes about him.

Asaduzzaman made the remark at press briefing at the ministry.

He also mentioned that the BNP leader was facing several charges at home, and the law enforcers had been searching for him.
