Chittagong: At least three people received burn injuries as miscreants hurled fire bomb at a sand-laden truck at Rangunia upazila in Chittagong on at about 9:30pm on Monday.

The injured are truck driver Mohammad Ali, 45, Mohammad Selim, assistant to the driver, and Dulal Mia, 55.

Rangunia Truck Owners Association general secretary Mohammad Naser told NTV the injured were taken to Rangunia Upazila Hospital immediately after the incident. Later they were shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital at 12:00midnight.

Chittagong Medical College and Hospital police post sub-inspector Mohammad Jahangir Hossan told NTV conditions of Ali and Selim are critical.
