Kushtia: Police recovered the body of a young man from Chapaigachhi village in Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia on Sunday morning.

The deceased is Sabu, in his twenties, a resident of Jagannathpur village of the upazila.

Locals found the body in a banana orchard at the village at about 10:00am and informed police, said Kumarkhali police officer-in-charge Mohibul Sheikh.

On information, police recovered the body which was later identified by Sabu’s family members.

There were several injury marks in the body, added the OC.
