Dhaka: Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barisal, Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and a few places over Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions.  

Day temperature may fall by 1-2 degree Celsius and night temperature may fall slightly over the country, said a met office release here today.  

Rainfall activity may increase for the next 72 hours, said the release. Country's highest rainfall was recorded by 40 millimeters (mm) at Teknaf followed by 30mm at Cox's Bazar.  

Country's maximum temperature was recorded by 38.2 degree Celsius at Bogra and minimum temperature recorded on Saturday by 24.7 degree Celsius at Faridpur. The sunset at the capital would be around 5.59pm while the sunrise on Sunday would be at 5:16am.
