Jazz Multimedia is going to bring a big budget animation film Detective, based on the famous short story by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore.

The production house, Jaaz Multimedia is spending a total of around Tk 4 crore for the animation film, which will add a new feather in the crown of Bangladeshi films.

Earlier, several dramas, telefilms were made on the storyline but director Tapan Ahmed is making an animation film on Tagore’s short story for the first time in Bangladesh.

Jaaz multimedia’s chairman Abdul Aziz said they took the big budget initiative to make an animation film to tangle the new generation with Rabindranath Tagore.

Script of Detective is written by actor Tarique Anam Khan and edited by Tapan Ahmed and Tauhid Hossain.
