Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been approached to play the leading lady for Salman Khan in Kick 2.

Salman’s original Kick film was released in 2014, which also stars Jacqueline Fernandez. In this film, the makers wanted a new face and that’s why they are keen to cast Deepika, reports bollywoodcrazies.com.

Earlier, Jacqueline and Salman Khan was being confirmed for Race 3. So, the makers don’t want to repeat the same Jodi in Kick 2 and that’s why they are thinking to cast Deepika Padukone. She is currently busy in working with Padmavati, whose shooting is still not completed. Post that, she will work with Irrfan Khan for her next. After that, she will shoot with Salman Khan’s Kick 2.

As Salman Khan is also busy in the shooting of Tiger Zinda Hai. After that, he will be shooting for Race 3 with Jacqueline Fernandez and then he will opt for Kick 2. Director and Producer of Kick, Sajid Nadiadwala has still not confirmed the entry of Deepika Padukone. We hope that he soon confirm the reports officially.
