Revenge will be a key theme in the next instalment of "Game of Thrones", the newly launched trailer of the show's fifth season has revealed.

The trailer debuted during the IMAX screening of the show and was released online Friday. It sees some of the many characters of the show, including Lord Petyr Baelish, Sansa Stark, Lord Varys, Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow and Arya Stark, reports aceshowbiz.com

"There's no justice in this world. Not unless we make it," Lord Petyr Baelish tells Sansa Stark in the trailer, urging her to avenge the deaths in her family.  

"The Seven Kingdoms need a ruler that is loved by millions, with a powerful army and the right family name," says Lord Varys.

Elsewhere, Daenerys Targaryen is as fierce as always. There is also a glimpse of Jon Snow in an epic fight, while Arya Stark can be seen standing in front of The House of Black and White.

The fifth season premieres April 12 on HBO. Before that, the network will air a special called "Game of Thrones: A Day in the Life" Feb 8. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at the production of the season in three different countries: Northern Ireland, Croatia and Spain.
