Winners of the 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards 2018

The 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards 2018 was nothing short of a star-studded event. Members of the Bollywood film industry came under one roof to celebrate the best of Bollywood in the year 2017.

The event was held on January 20 at the NSCI Dome in Worli, Mumbai. The show was hosted by the Baadshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and his good friend and one of the best filmmakers in Bollywood, Karan Johar. Needless to say, their humour and wit stole the show right away, reports the Times of India.
This year the jury made sure to select the best work of actors, filmmakers, technicians and more.

Here is a complete list of the winners of 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards 2018.
Jio Filmfare Best Actor In A Leading Role (Male) Award went to Irrfan Khan for ‘Hindi Medium’.

Jio Filmfare Best Actor In A Leading Role (Female) Award went to Vidya Balan for ‘Tumhari Sulu’.

Jio Filmfare Best Film Award went to ‘Hindi Medium’.

Jio Filmfare Best Director Award went to Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari for ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’.

Jio Filmfare Critics’ Award for Best Actor (Male) went to Rajkummar Rao for ‘Trapped’.
Jio Filmfare Critics’ Award for Best Actor (Female) to Zaira Wasim for ‘Secret Superstar’.
Jio Filmfare Critics Award for Best Film went to ‘Newton’.
Jio Filmfare Best Short Film (Non-Fiction) Award went to ‘Invisible Wings’ directed by Hari M Mohanan.
Jio Filmfare Best Debut Director Award went to Konkona Sen Sharma for ‘A Death In The Gunj’.
Jio Filmfare Best Actor in a Supporting Role (male) went to Rajkummar Rao for ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’.
Jio Filmfare Best Actor in a Supporting Role (female) went to Meher Vij for ‘Secret superstar’.
Jio Filmfare Best Dialogue went to Hitesh Kewalya for ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’.
Jio Filmfare Best Original Story Award went to Amit V. Masurkar for ‘Newton’.
Jio Filmfare Best Screenplay Award went to Shubhashish Bhutiani for ‘Mukti Bhawan’.
Jio Filmfare People’s Choice Best Short Film Award went to Umesh Bagade for ‘Anahut’.
Jio Filmfare Best Actor in Short Film Award went to Jackie Shroff for ‘Khujli’.
Jio Filmfare Best Short Film Award went to Neeraj Ghaywan for ‘Juice’.
Jio Filmfare Best Music Album Award went to Pritam for ‘Jagga Jasoos’.
Jio Filmfare Best Playback Singer (male) Award went to Arijit Singh for ‘Roke Na Ruke Naina’ from ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.
Jio Filmfare Best Playback Singer (female) Award went to Meghna Mishra for ‘Nachdi Phira’ from ‘Secret Superstar’.
Jio Filmfare Best Lyrics Award went to Amitabh Bhattacharya for ‘Ullu Ka Pattha’ from ‘Jagga Jasoos’.
Jio Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award went to Maya Sinha and Bappi Lahiri.
Jio Filmfare Best Choreography Award went to Vijay Ganguly and Ruel Dausan Varindani for ‘Galti Se Mistake’ from the film ‘Jagga Jasoos’.
Jio Filmfare Best Background Score Award went to Pritam for ‘Jagga Jasoos’.
Jio Filmfare Best Action Award went to Tom Struthers for ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’.
Jio Filmfare Best Cinematography Award went to Sirsha Ray for ‘A Death In The Gunj’.
Jio Filmfare Best Editing Award went to Nitin Baid for ‘Trapped’.
Jio Filmfare Best Production Design Award went to Parul Sondh for ‘Daddy’.
