After the stunning posters of Dhadak which gave us a glimpse of Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter’s cute chemistry, makers have finally dropped ‘Dhadak’ trailer.

Directed by Shashank Khaitan of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’ fame, ‘Dhadak’ brings back the old-world romance in yet another love story set in a small town of India, reports dnaindia.com.

‘Dhadak’ trailer begins with beautiful shots of Rajasthan and Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattter’s romance adds beautiful colours to the visually appealing film. Janhvi Kapoor lights up the screen with her big and beautiful eyes reminding us of her mom Sridevi while Ishaan looks convincing as the loverboy. In fact, it won’t take you much time to fall in love with his character Madhukar.  He chases the girl, seeks his attention in the most adorable ways and is ready to do anything to impress the love of her life. Not just their crackling chemistry, the fun interaction between Janhvi and Ishaan’s character promises to bring a smile on audience’s face. When Ishaan’s character translates a Bollywood song in English and sings for his ladylove or when he asks for ‘pappi’ and Janhvi’s character asks ‘kutte ka bachcha?’, the film will take you remind you of all high school romances when love was pure and innocent.

‘Dhadak’ is an age-old story of boy meets girl, they fall in love and how families reject their love but the two young actors in the role of Madhukar and Parthavi promise to make you laugh and cry along in this love story.

Produced by Karan Johar and Zee Studios, ‘Dhadak’ is an adaptation of Marathi blockbuster Sairat. The film is all set to release on July 20th 2018.
