Los Angeles: Singer Nicole Scherzinger says she is ‘very close’ to TV host Sharon Osbourne.

The two forged a close bond when they worked on TV show ‘The X Factor’ together and Scherzinger is grateful she can move on to Osbourne for seeking advice, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: ‘I am very close to Sharon Osbourne - I can tell her everything. She's really like my LA mom.’
