Dhaka: Bollywood singer Neha Kakkar is set to make her maiden visit to Dhaka on 29 September to perform in a concert.

The concert, Neha Kakkar Live in Dhaka, is scheduled to be held in Dhaka’s Bashundhara City International Convention on 30 September. Local singers will also perform in the event.

It is organized by E-Makers and powered by Rifat Trading. The organizers have fixed Tk1,000, 2000 and 3,500 as the prices of the tickets.

The managing director of E-Makers, Naeem Ashraf, told reporters that they had organized the ‘Arijit Singh Live’ in 2014, ‘Nepal-Bangladesh Friendship Concert’ and ‘Concert for Nepal in 2015’.

He said that the event will be very beneficial to restore normalcy in the country’s music industry and will play an important role in this field.

Head of the Media, Afrid Hasan, said they have already completed all necessary preparations for the concert.

Neha did playback for a Bangladesh and India co-production film ‘Fire 2’, starring Mahiya Mahi.
